This Privacy Policy explains how AiMeetOS collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the AiMeetOS mobile app and website.
AiMeetOS ("AiMeetOS", "we", "us", or "our") is a product of Lumora Build. AiMeetOS lets you run AI-powered meetings in which AI agents discuss a goal you set and produce a decision-ready report. This policy applies to the AiMeetOS Android app (com.aimeetos.app) and the AiMeetOS website. By using AiMeetOS, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:

2. How we use your information
- Provide and operate AiMeetOS, including running AI meetings and generating reports.
- Authenticate you and sync your account across web and mobile.
- Manage your credit balance, plans, and billing.
- Send notifications you have enabled (for example, when a meeting completes).
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- Improve the reliability and quality of the service.
3. How your information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run AiMeetOS, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare — hosting, infrastructure, and AI processing that powers the meetings.
- Google Firebase — authentication (including Google Sign-In) and push notification delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases and subscriptions.
4. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Your meetings and reports remain available until you delete them or close your account. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.
5. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS. We apply access controls and other safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, or export your personal data.
- Delete your account and associated data from the Profile section of the app, or by emailing us at the address below.
- Manage notifications at any time from your device settings.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Children
AiMeetOS is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
AiMeetOS runs on globally distributed infrastructure. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
