Delete Your Account
AI Video Editor · a product of Lumora Build
You can delete a project, or your whole account and all of its data, at any time. Here's how.
Delete a single project
Open the project in the app or the web workspace and choose Delete project. Its script, media and videos are removed.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to your Lumora account at id.lumorabuild.com/account.
- Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
- Type your email address to confirm and choose Delete my account.
Go to your account to delete it
Your Lumora account is shared by every Lumora app you have used it with (for example FlyBio, AiMeetOS, KickOrKiss, AI Video Editor, InfluQa). Deleting it removes your access to all of them. If you only want to remove your data from one product, use Option 2.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
Email support@lumorabuild.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you want deleted — your whole account, or only this product's data. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details).
- Your projects: prompts, chat history, uploaded media, generated images, voiceovers and videos.
- Your remaining credit balance — unused credits are not refunded.
What may be kept, and for how long
