Delete Your Account
FlyBio · a product of Lumora Build
You can delete a FlyBio page, or your whole account and all of its data, at any time. Here's how.
Delete a single page
In the FlyBio app open Settings and choose Delete this page; on the web dashboard open the page's settings and choose Delete page. The page, its links and its photo are removed and the username becomes available again.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to your Lumora account at id.lumorabuild.com/account.
- Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
- Type your email address to confirm and choose Delete my account.
Go to your account to delete it
Your Lumora account is shared by every Lumora app you have used it with (for example FlyBio, AiMeetOS, KickOrKiss, AI Video Editor, InfluQa). Deleting it removes your access to all of them. If you only want to remove your data from one product, use Option 2.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
Email support@lumorabuild.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you want deleted — your whole account, or only this product's data. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details).
- Every FlyBio page you own: links, social handles, offers, design settings, photos and statistics.
What may be kept, and for how long
