You can delete a single FlyBio page, and separately, your Lumora account — they are two different things, and deleting one does not delete the other. Here's how each works.

Deleting your Lumora account does not delete your FlyBio pages. The Lumora account only covers sign-in — it has no connection that reaches into FlyBio's own data, so removing it never touches your pages, links or photos there. Delete your FlyBio pages first if you want those gone too.

Delete a FlyBio page

Sign in at flybio.app/dashboard, open the page, go to Settings and choose Delete this page. The page, its links, its design and its analytics history are removed and the username becomes available again. You cannot delete your only page this way — Settings lets you turn it off (hide it) instead; to remove it for good, use "Ask us" below.

Delete your Lumora account

Sign in to your Lumora account at id.lumorabuild.com/account.
Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
Type your email address to confirm and choose Delete my account.

Go to your account to delete it

Your Lumora account is shared by every Lumora app you have used it with (for example FlyBio, AiMeetOS, KickOrKiss, AI Video Editor, InfluQa). Deleting it removes your sign-in and your access to all of them — it does not remove your FlyBio pages, which you delete separately above.

Ask us

If your Lumora account is already deleted and you still want your FlyBio pages removed, or you would rather not delete them yourself, contact us through the central support page (you'll be asked to sign in or create a free account first) and tell us what to remove. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your Lumora account removes your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details) and your sign-in to every Lumora app. It does not remove your FlyBio pages.
Deleting a FlyBio page removes that page: its links, social handles, offers, design settings, photos and statistics.

What may be kept, and for how long

Sign-in and security records, and copies of emails we sent	Kept to investigate abuse and protect accounts. There is no fixed deletion schedule for these yet — ask us and we will delete yours.
