This Privacy Policy explains how AI Video Editor collects, uses and protects your information when you use the web app at app.aivideogenerator.cc or the Android app "AI Video Editor" (com.aivideogenerator.app, also called Reel Studio).
AI Video Editor ("we", "us" or "our") is a product of Lumora Build. It turns a topic you describe into a short video: it writes a script, creates visuals, records a voiceover, adds music and captions, and lets you edit the result.

2. How we use your information
- Build, store, play and export your videos, and apply the changes you ask for.
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Manage your credit balance and process credit purchases.
- Detect abuse, enforce our terms and keep the service reliable.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your prompts, media or videos to train AI models.
3. AI processing
To make a video, your prompts and the media you upload are processed by AI models. These run on Cloudflare's AI platform and on other AI infrastructure providers that we access through our own gateway; they receive only what is needed to produce your video. Keyword searches for stock footage are sent to Pexels. Content that violates our rules may be blocked by automated checks.
4. Sharing your videos
A finished video has a playback link. Anyone you share that link with can watch the video, so treat the link as public once you have shared it. Videos made on a paid plan stay in your account until you share them. Videos made on the free plan also become part of the public video collection below.

What is shown: the video, its narration as text, a title, description, category and tag our AI writes from the narration and from three frames of the video, how many times it was played and liked, and its comments. Your name, email and account are never shown. Before a video appears, our AI providers check its narration and those frames (section 3), and a video they find unsuitable is left out. To keep your videos private, choose a paid plan: videos made on a paid plan are not added, and on a paid plan you can take your earlier free-plan videos out of the collection from the app or from the video's page. Projects started before the collection opened on October 11, 2026 are not part of it. Commenting needs you to be signed in; a comment is checked by our AI providers before it appears, and it is shown with your first name and the first letter of your last name.
5. Live streams on YouTube
The Live stream feature reads your stream's live chat through YouTube API Services. By streaming to YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles YouTube data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we do on YouTube: when you press Go live, we send the picture and sound of your show's stage from your browser to the stream key you saved. You set the stream's title, privacy, start and end in YouTube Studio. We never sign in to your YouTube account and cannot change anything on your channel.
- What we read: the public details of the live video whose link you add (its title, its channel's name and whether it is live) and, while your show runs, its live chat — read with our own YouTube API key, the same chat anyone watching can see — so the AI host can answer your viewers. Messages the host answers are sent to our AI providers to write the answer (section 3), and a viewer's display name and message may be shown on your stream with the answer.
- What we keep: your stream key, encrypted, until you remove it; the video link with your show's settings; each show's video identifier, when it ran and how many minutes it was charged. Chat messages and viewers' names are kept only while the show runs and deleted when it ends.
- How to stop it: remove the stream key in the Live panel, or reset it in YouTube Studio (an old key stops working at once). This app keeps the key itself, so remove it before you delete your Lumora account (or ask support to remove it).
We do not sell YouTube data or use it for advertising, and we share it with no one but the providers named in this policy.
6. How your information is shared
We share information only with the providers that run the service, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage of your media and videos, AI processing, and email delivery for sign-in codes.
- AI model providers — processing of prompts and media to generate scripts, visuals and voiceovers, as described above.
- Pexels — stock footage search.
- Google — Google Sign-In (through Lumora SSO), Google Analytics on the website (not in the Android app), and YouTube, only if you stream live (section 5).
- Stripe — payment processing when you buy credits in your Lumora account. We do not store your full card number.
7. Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics so we can understand how it is used. The Android app contains no analytics or advertising SDK.
8. Cookies
The marketing site at aivideogenerator.cc sets a small number of first-party cookies. None of them are used for advertising, and none are shared with anyone.
- avg_prompt — when you start a video from the prompt box on the marketing site, your text is held in this cookie for up to one hour so it carries over into the app once you sign in. It is deleted once the app has read it.
- avg_src — records, once, where a visit came from (an advertising or campaign tag from the link you clicked, or the domain of the site that linked to us) for up to 30 days, so we can tell which channels bring visitors. It never stores a full URL, a page's search parameters, an email address or other free text.
- avg_anon — set only on the video collection (www.aivideogenerator.cc/videos) when you like a video: a random number, kept for a year, so one browser counts as one like. It is not linked to your account. The collection also keeps in your browser alone which videos you liked and what you were watching, so swiping follows the same list.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies to measure how the site is used, as described in section 7.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser; doing so only affects the marketing site, not your signed-in account.
9. Data retention
We keep your account, projects and videos for as long as your account is active. You can delete a project at any time; deleting your Lumora account removes your projects and media. We may keep limited records where required for security, legal or accounting purposes, such as payment records.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures.
11. Your rights and choices
- Delete a project, and the media in it, from the app or the web workspace.
- Delete your account from your Lumora account page — see how to delete your account.
- Access, correct or export your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing us.

12. Children
AI Video Editor is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. International transfers
The service runs on globally distributed infrastructure. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
