Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlyBio — the website at flybio.app, the FlyBio Android app, and every page published through them. By using FlyBio you agree to them.

1. The service

FlyBio, a product of Lumora Build, lets you publish a public page of links under a username you choose. FlyBio is free. There are no paid plans, and we do not promise that any feature will remain available forever. Every page carries a small "Made free with FlyBio" credit.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Lumora account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FlyBio.

3. Your content

You own what you publish. By publishing it on FlyBio you give us permission to host, display and distribute it so the service can work, including to search engines and social platforms that preview your link. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

You may not use FlyBio to publish or link to content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that is deceptive, that impersonates a person or brand, that distributes malware or spam, or that promotes harm. We may remove content, hide a page or close an account that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or harms the service, and we may reserve or reclaim usernames that are misleading or reserved for system use.

4. Statistics

Page statistics are provided as-is, for your information. Counts can be affected by caching, bots and ad blockers and are not a guaranteed measure of traffic.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of FlyBio at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that your page will always be reachable.

6. Disclaimer and liability

FlyBio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumora Build is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of FlyBio, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service — which, for a free product, is nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

7. Ending your use

You can delete any page, or your whole account, at any time — see how to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
