Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These terms cover your Lumora account and Lumora plans — how subscriptions, renewals, cancelling and credits work — and the rules for using our apps.
Lumora Build ("Lumora", "we", "us") makes a family of apps. Most apps with an account share one sign-in, the Lumora account at id.lumorabuild.com, and the ones that charge credits share one set of plans and credits there — but not every app works this way: a few apps need no account at all, some (like InfluQa) also run their own separate checkout and coins alongside the shared sign-in, and CryptoAgentMail has its own registration and credits entirely outside the Lumora account. By creating an account, buying a plan or using a Lumora app, you agree to these terms. Some apps have their own terms as well — for example War Map Live, FlyBio and InfluQa — and those apply to that app too. If the two disagree about something only that app does, the app's terms win. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Your Lumora account
- You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live) to have a Lumora account. Some apps set a higher age in their own terms.
- To buy a plan you must be an adult, or have your parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give us a real email address you control. We sign you in with codes and links sent to it, so anyone who can read your email can get into your account — keep it secure.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once through the central support page if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to collect extra free credits.
2. Plans and payment
- What a plan is. A paid plan is a subscription that gives you a set number of credits every month to use in the Lumora apps that charge credits. Every plan, its price and its monthly credits are listed on the Billing page, and you see the exact amount before you pay.
- Paying. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
- Renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to the payment method you gave, until you cancel. If we change a plan's price, the price you already pay does not change without notice: a new price would apply to you only from a renewal after we have told you about it.
- Yearly billing. Where offered, a yearly plan is billed once a year at twelve times the monthly price, and its credits are given to you one month at a time.
- Introductory discounts. When we offer one, the discount, who it applies to and what you will pay are shown before you pay. A discount applies to the plan itself, not to extra credits.
- Extra credits. Some plans let you add extra credits every month in fixed blocks, billed with your plan.
- Changing your plan. Moving to a bigger plan or adding extra credits can start right away — you are charged the full monthly difference for the current period (it is not reduced for days already passed) and the extra credits arrive at once — or from your next renewal. Moving to a smaller plan or removing extra credits always starts at your next renewal, and nothing already given to you is taken back. To switch between monthly and yearly billing, contact support.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; after that you are on the free plan.
- Refunds. We do not refund part of a billing period, or credits you did not use, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us through the central support page and we will look at it.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will ask you to update your payment method. If it still cannot be taken, your subscription may be cancelled.
3. Credits
- What credits are. Credits are what you spend to use paid actions in Lumora apps — for example generating a post, a video or an AI answer. Each app decides what its actions cost and may change that; the app shows the current cost.
- Free credits. Accounts on the free plan get a free monthly allowance, shown on the Billing page. A paid plan's monthly credits replace this allowance; they are not added to it.
- Credits expire. Credits from a plan, extra credits and the free monthly allowance expire at the end of the month they are for. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits you already held before monthly expiry began — the date is shown on the Billing page — do not expire, and neither do credits an app refunds to you or credits our staff add.
- When a plan ends. Credits already given for a period you paid for stay in your account until they expire as usual.
- Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account.
4. Vekrn
Vekrn is the Lumora network's utility token. Paying for a plan may also add Vekrn to your account. Vekrn tied to credits you still hold is locked: it cannot be withdrawn or transferred until those credits are used or expire. Vekrn is not an investment, we make no promise about its value, and withdrawals are subject to the conditions shown when you request one.
5. Using our apps fairly
Do not:
- break the law, or use our apps to harm, harass, deceive or spam anyone;
- create or share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- try to get around payments, credits, limits or security, or create accounts in bulk or with throwaway email addresses;
- attack, overload or scrape our services, or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows;
- use an app to act on an account or website you have no right to control.
6. Your content and AI results
What you create or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to run the app for you — including sending it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy. AI results can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people's results; check them before you rely on them or publish them. You are responsible for what you publish, including anything an app posts for you after you approve it.
7. Other services
Some features rely on other companies — Stripe for payments, Google for "Sign in with Google", and social networks you connect. Their own terms apply to what they do. We are not responsible for their services.
8. Changes to the apps
We keep improving our apps, and we may change, add or remove features, or stop offering an app. If a change stops you using something you pay for, your plan still runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can cancel before the next renewal.
9. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Lumora at any time and delete your account in Account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or our services at risk, or is used for fraud. Where it is fair and safe to do so, we will tell you why.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties about them and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in the Lumora account before it applies. If you keep using Lumora after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.
