Delete Your Account
AiMeetOS · a product of Lumora Build
You can delete your AiMeetOS account and its associated data at any time. Here's how.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to your Lumora account at id.lumorabuild.com/account.
- Open Account & connections.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Go to account settings to delete
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
Email support@lumorabuild.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details).
- Your meetings, prompts, AI-generated discussions, and reports.
- Your app activity and usage history.
What may be kept, and for how long

| Account, profile, meetings, reports, and activity | Deleted promptly on request (typically within 30 days). |
| Limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes (e.g. payment/transaction records) | Kept only as long as required by law, then deleted. |
